"I had a phenomenal experience working with Melanie in securing a great rate and coverage after Geico had increased my current annual premiums . She was extremely patient and thorough in walking me through all of the options and optimizing my coverage. I ended up with a much better coverage at a lower premium. She also helped me better understand the insurance coverages & legal jargons which can be daunting for a normal customer. In the past, I have had the experience of agents being obscure on what they share but Melanie was super upfront and clear on all the hidden nuances. It definitely helped me enrich my knowledge and improve the experience for the long run. This is my first time using State farm after being with Geico for 5 years , so hoping for the best !"
